About our emails

Why you received an email from Poiema.

Who we are

Poiema Solutions LLC is a small, founder-led software studio in Austin, Texas, run by Alex Wilton. We build and run software for B2B companies, and we run a cold email service that books sales meetings for them. Our postal address is 5900 Balcones Dr, Ste 100, Austin, TX 78731.

Why we wrote to you

You hold a leadership role at a US business-to-business company of the kind we work with, and we thought what we do might be useful to you. We found your details through a licensed business data provider, checked them, and wrote one short email in Alex's own name. We do not scrape LinkedIn or buy lists from unknown sources.

What we send

At most three short emails over about ten days. Plain text, no tracking, no attachments. If you do not reply, we stop. We do not add you to a newsletter, and we do not pass your details to anyone else.

How to stop it

Reply "no thanks" to any email from us, or use the form here. Either way we add you to our do-not-contact list the same day, across every campaign we run, and you will not hear from us again. Legally we have ten business days to act on an opt-out; in practice it is the same day.

Questions, or something we got wrong: hello@poiemasolutions.com. Our privacy notice covers how we hold your details.
